The Situation

Nigeria’s Honourable Minister of Transport received an unsolicited proposal for the development of the Marina Water Terminal in Lagos, which was a $2 Billion development project.

The Solution

Africa PPP Advisory was engaged to review and advise the Honourable Minister for Transport on the merits of this unsolicited proposal, and to provide financial due diligence and pre-feasibility studies for the Lagos Marina Water Terminal development.

Our Assistance

We provided a high level business case for the commercial development of the Marina Water Terminal, and produced technical drawings outlining the different commercial development options that were possible for the site. We also provided advice on the legal, environmental, political, economic and technical risks associated with undertaking such a project.
