Over 20 years providing legal advisory services on Infrastructure across various sectors with specific attention to corporate and commercial law, construction law, reviewing legal and regulatory framework, advising on procurement processes, project finance and capacity building.

Akinmade is a lawyer with over 10 years’ experience in legal advisory services and public private partnerships transaction advisory, cross-border trade, legislative drafting, tax and regulatory affairs, arbitration, adjudication and alternative dispute resolution. His roles in various projects and organisations include: capacity development, consultancy, negotiations, legal due diligence, evaluation of procurement processes.
