We offered strategic consulting and advisory services on procurement and PPP issues for an infrastructure project of this nature. In order to do this we put together a multi-disciplinary team of competent experts to carry out the technical, commercial, financial and legal due diligence on the assets, as well as putting together and preparing a world class bid for the acquisition. We also carried out stakeholder consultations, sourced financial partners and investors, carried out post bid negotiations with regulators on the client’s behalf, and ensured a seamless hand over of the asset.
